3. Products and Pricing

We take care to accurately describe and photograph our products. However, we cannot guarantee that the colors and textures displayed on your screen will exactly match the physical product, as this may vary depending on your device settings.

All prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed at the time you complete your purchase. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and will notify you of any such correction before processing your order.

4. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

A binding contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. You are responsible for ensuring that your order details, including shipping address and contact information, are accurate at the time of purchase. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information provided by you.

We accept payment through the methods available on our checkout page. All payment transactions are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your complete payment credentials on our servers.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within Bangladesh only. Delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays, public holidays, and adverse weather conditions.

Free shipping is available on orders exceeding BDT 5,000 within Bangladesh. Orders below this threshold may be subject to a shipping fee, which will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to the courier. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so that we may assist you in filing a claim with the courier.

6. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items in their original condition with all tags attached within 30 calendar days of the delivery date. Items that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage caused after delivery will not be accepted for return.

To initiate a return, please contact us through our Contact page with your order number and reason for return before sending the item back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed.

Upon receipt and inspection of a returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable period of time. We are not responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, such as a defective or incorrectly sent item.

Sale items and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective.
